Condensate Polishing for Power Plants

YZ001 strong acid cation resin and YZ002 strong base anion resin are widely used for condensate treatment in thermal power plants. They efficiently remove ionic impurities from condensed water, ensuring stable water quality for steam systems, preventing scaling and corrosion in boilers, turbines and pipelines, and improving power generation efficiency and equipment safety.

Ultra-Pure Water Production for Electronics & Semiconductors

When used as a mixed bed system, YZ001 and YZ002 produce ultra-pure water with resistivity above 18 MΩ·cm. They are widely applied in semiconductor, chip, photovoltaic and electronic manufacturing, providing high-purity water for wafer cleaning, etching and processing to meet strict electronic-grade water standards.

Drinking Water & Wastewater Treatment

The resin combination effectively removes cations (Na⁺, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Cu²⁺, Ni⁺) and anions (F⁻, Cl⁻, NO₃⁻, SO₄²⁻) from drinking water and industrial wastewater.
