This specialized ion exchange resin is mainly designed for steam condensate treatment in thermal power plants. It is also well-suited for ultrapure water preparation in microchip, semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, capable of producing electronic-grade ultrapure water with resistivity above 18 MΩ·cm.
It is commonly paired with YZ-002 uniform particle, high temperature resistant gel type strong base anion exchange resin to form mixed bed or series single bed systems. Multiple product grades are available to satisfy varying raw water quality and customized pure water production demands.
Besides water treatment, it can remove cationic contaminants such as Na⁺, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Cu²⁺ and Ni⁺ from drinking water and wastewater. It also applies to hydrometallurgy, rare element separation and aminophenol extraction processes.
