Product Description
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product exhibits performance comparable to the 201 × 7 Strongly Basic Styrene Type I Anion Exchange Resin, demonstrating strong basicity. However, due to its macroporous structure, it possesses superior physical and chemical stability, with high resistance to permeation stress, abrasion, and contamination. It can exchange and adsorb larger ions and molecules. This product can be used in non-aqueous media and is commonly employed as a solid strong base catalyst.

Applications
  • High‑speed mixed‑bed water treatment: Suited to large‑flow mixed‑bed deionization units used heavily across power plants and industrial ultrapure‑water production sites. When paired with macroporous strong‑acid cation exchange resin, it refines condensate streams and gets rid of leftover anionic impurities to deliver consistently high‑purity outlet water. Boasting good resistance to osmotic shock and excellent mechanical abrasion resistance, the resin can run continuously for extended periods even under high linear‑flow‑rate working circumstances.
  • Industrial wastewater treatment: Thanks to its unique macroporous structural framework, this resin is able to adsorb conventional inorganic anions together with high‑molecular organic pollutants originating from chemical plants, electroplating workshops and petrochemical facilities. It brings down wastewater pollutant loads to satisfy industrial effluent compliance standards. It also handles feedwater containing abundant organic foulants, which are major causes of performance deterioration for gel‑type ion exchange resins.
  • Rare metal extraction: It enjoys extensive practical deployment for treating leachate generated from hydrometallurgical processes. Faced with complex feed solutions mixed with various competing ions, it carries out selective adsorption, separation and enrichment of target rare‑metal anionic complexes. This optimizes subsequent metal‑recovery operations, lifts finished‑product output and cuts down chemical reagent consumption throughout rare‑element separation procedures.
  • Heavy‑metal recovery: This resin selectively captures heavy‑metal‑containing anionic complexes sourced from manufacturing and electroplating wastewater. Rather than simply removing poisonous heavy‑metal components to meet emission regulations, it achieves resource recycling through elution and regeneration workflows. It decreases the generation volume of hazardous waste and pushes forward circular‑economy production for metal‑processing factories.
  • Strong alkaline solid catalysts: It works as a regenerable solid strong‑base catalyst fit for diverse organic synthesis procedures. Supported by its dimension‑stable macroporous network structure, it sustains reliable catalytic performance even within non‑aqueous operating environments. Compared to liquid alkali catalysts, D201 eases post‑reaction separation work, reduces waste‑liquid production, and supports repeated regeneration cycles to cut total operational expenditures for chemical producers.
