This product exhibits performance comparable to the 201 × 7 Strongly Basic Styrene Type I Anion Exchange Resin, demonstrating strong basicity. However, due to its macroporous structure, it possesses superior physical and chemical stability, with high resistance to permeation stress, abrasion, and contamination. It can exchange and adsorb larger ions and molecules. This product can be used in non-aqueous media and is commonly employed as a solid strong base catalyst.

D201 macroporous strong-base anion resin is used in power and industrial ultrapure water mixed-bed polishing. Combined with macroporous strong-acid cation resin, it eliminates residual anions from boiler condensate. Its good osmotic shock resistance and abrasion tolerance support steady operation at high flow rates, maintaining stable high-purity water output.
Organic Polluted Wastewater Treatment
With its open macroporous framework, D201 outperforms gel resins on organic-rich wastewater. It traps inorganic anions and high-molecular organics from chemical, electroplating and petrochemical effluents. It keeps stable adsorption capacity against organic fouling and brings effluent up to industrial discharge limits.
Rare Metal Concentration in Hydrometallurgy
It treats leachate from wet metallurgy processes. In multi-ion mixed solutions, D201 selectively adsorbs and concentrates rare metal anionic complexes. It simplifies downstream refining, raises metal recovery rate and reduces chemical consumption for rare element separation.
